After several postponements, Tiger Woods is scheduled to appear before a judge in person for the first time since his car accident on March 27.

Woods will appear in court at 8:30 a.m. ET on Tuesday, Sept. 8, in Martin County, Fla., according to multiple reports that cited county records.

He faces two misdemeanor charges of DUI with property damage and refusal to submit to a lawful test. Woods, 50, has pleaded not guilty.

Police who responded to the crash in Jupiter Island, Fla., found two hydrocodone pills in Woods’ pocket and observed signs of impairment. A breathalyzer test found he did not have alcohol in his system, but he refused a urine test.

Prosecutors have extended the investigative process as they sought and eventually were granted access to Woods’ hospital records the day of the crash. Woods’ court date was postponed multiple times amid the process.

He also spent time in Zurich, Switzerland, seeking specialized treatment after the two-car accident.

Douglas Duncan, Woods’ attorney, seeks a jury trial.
