Paycor HCM Stock Drops 4 percent After Q4 Results

Shares of Paycor HCM (NASDAQ:PYCR) experienced a more than 4% decline today due to the company’s Q4 financial results announcement. Although the earnings surpassed expectations, the company’s future guidance was lackluster.
The earnings per share (EPS) for the quarter were reported at $0.08, which exceeded the Street estimate of $0.05. Additionally, the revenue for the quarter reached $140 million, outperforming the Street estimate of $136.51 million.
However, the outlook for Q1/24 is less optimistic, with the company projecting revenue within the range of $138 million to $140 million, falling short of the Street forecast of $142.5 million.
Looking at the full year, Paycor HCM anticipates revenue to be in the range of $644 million to $650 million, compared to the Street estimate of $646.97 million.
