Authorities reported that a large explosion early on Tuesday at the North Carolina house of NFL star Caleb Farley killed the player’s father. There is no suspicion of wrongdoing; the probe is only focused on the property’s natural gas lines. The home was 6,300 sq ft and a lakeside property, in the Charlotte suburb of Mooresville. Caleb had purchased this house for his father.
Robert Farley, 61, was found dead after first responders combed through the multimillion-dollar house’s wreckage. At the time of the explosion, the cornerback for the Tennessee Titans was not at home.
