Two-time Pro-Bowl wide receiver Zay Flowers agreed to a four-year, $140 million extension on Tuesday that includes $108 million guaranteed with the Baltimore Ravens.

Flowers’ representatives at WinSportsGroup released details of the deal to multiple media outlets before the Ravens made the move official without disclosing financial framework.

At $35 million per season, Flowers is tied with Minnesota Vikings star Justin Jefferson at No. 4 for the highest-paid wide receivers in the league per average annual value. Seattle Seahawks standout Jaxon Smith-Njigba ($42.15 million), Cincinnati Bengals star Ja’Marr Chase ($40.25 million) and Atlanta Falcons stud Drake London ($35.26 million) are the only players at the position with a higher AAV.

First-year Ravens coach Jesse Minter gave Flowers the day off from practice to put his signature on the new deal on Tuesday.

“It’s one thing to have chemistry off the field. It’s one thing to have it on the field,” Jesse Minter said Tuesday of Flowers clicking with quarterback Lamar Jackson. “I think when you have both, it makes it really, really special. It has the ability to go to a ridiculously high level. They do a lot of things together. They train in the offseason. They push each other to pull the best out of each other.”

The Ravens picked up Flowers’ option for his fifth NFL season in April.

He will play the 2026 season on the final season of his four-year, $14 million rookie contract, with the $27.3 million option covering the 2027 season. He will not hit free agency until after the 2031 season.

Flowers, 25, was the No. 22 overall pick out of Boston College in 2023.

In three seasons and 50 games (48 starts), he has 237 catches for 3,128 yards and 14 touchdowns. He had back-to-back seasons of 1,000 yards in 2024 and ’25 and was selected to the Pro Bowl both seasons.

His 1,211 receiving yards in 2025 are a franchise record for a wide receiver. He already ranks in the top five in Ravens history for pass receptions and yardage.
