Later, Keith McNally shared a post with the cover of his upcoming memoir. It is titled “I Regret Almost Everything.”
The restauranteur said that he finished his memoir on Monday night. He did not mention why he went after Lauren Sanchez as there seemed to be no provocation for the attack, unlike the incident where he attacked James Corden for reportedly behaving rudely when the TV host had dined in one of his many restaurants.

Keith McNally mentioned that he had finished writing his memoir and the long hours and days it took. He named the publisher and the publishing date as February 2025.
He said he “wrote the first line in a loony bin in Massachusetts in August 2018. And the last line on Thompson Street in NYC last night.”
It remains to be seen if the owner of multiple fine dining restaurants, Balthazar, Pastis, Minetta Tavern, and Morandi Keith McNally, will mention the Lauren Sanchez incident and the backlash that followed.
