Celebrity stars in the Scream franchise have made the films successful as moviegoers flock to see them in the horror movie series. Celebrity actor Josh Segarra joined the popular cast in Scream VI that was released earlier this year. The new entrant has been so enamored with his role, despite its ambiguities. He told a popular outlet that he would love to come back to the franchise if there was a Scream VII.
Celebrity Josh Segarra played the role of Danny Brackett, who is the love interest of Sam Carpenter played by celebrity Melissa Barerra, onscreen. He survives the events that occur in New York City as Ghostface goes on a killing spree in the city.

Speaking to Entertainment Tonight, Segarra said, “If there’s Scream 7, your boy will be back a hundred percent…That relationship between Sam and Danny, I love that.”
The franchise has not confirmed if there would be a Scream VII. When Scream V did well at the box office, they had confirmed that there would be a Scream VI. Scream VI was a huge success and earned roughly $170 million.

It was made with a modest budget of $35 million.
Scream VI featured the return of core characters including Jenna Ortega and Melissa Barrera. New characters including Segarra as the love interest of main character Sam Carpenter garnered a lot of interest in this role, though some web fans believe he could be the killer.
Web fans and horror movie lovers would look forward to seeing the main characters, the new characters as well legacy ones like Courtney Cox and Neve Campbell in a new movie in the Scream franchise.

Celebrity directors Tyler Gillett and Matt Bettinelli-Olpin told site ComicBook that they would love to see a continuation of the Scream franchise, whether or not they worked in it.
Celebrity actors, web fans and the directors have spoken about their wish for the franchise to continue. It remains to be seen if there will be an announcement of Scream VII in the near or distant future.
