The filing will not be contested by the Modern Family alum as the celebrity couple—Joe Manganiello and Sofia Vergara had already released a joint statement to a popular outlet saying that they were splitting and had asked for privacy.
The court filing, obtained by multiple outlets, said that they were splitting amicably. It also reportedly mentioned that the Magic Mike celebrity star wanted to have a kid together while his wife didn’t wish to have one. This is Joe Manganiello’s first marriage. Celebrity Sofia Vergara was married before to celebrity actor Joe Gonzalez, from 1991 to 1993. They have a 31-year-old son Manolo Gonzalez Vergara.
