Apple’s major event is happening on September 14, 2021, but don’t worry if you haven’t received an invite. On Tuesday, the tech giant confirmed that the event would be live streamed. Although, as usual, Apple has made no mention of the new devices that would be launched, ma experts and analysts believe that the iPhone 13 will be showcased at the event, as it is generally released in a fall event at Cupertino.
A video of a neon Apple logo was released against a mountain landscape with 9.14 also appearing in front of the valley between the mountains. The invite said “We’re California Streaming on September 14th. See you real soon. #AppleEvent. The timing of the virtual event, due to the pandemic, will be 10 a.m. PT, 1 p.m. ET and 6 p.m. BT.
Although it is only a few days wait ahead for the potential release of an iPhone 13, there are many new features that are expected to be unveiled in this phone. These have been discussed in many forums and articles and it remains to be seen how many of them form a part of the iPhone 13.
Some of the expected and anticipated features include
- improvements in the camera feature
- faster refresh rates
- satellite communications technology.
Apple’s upgrading operating system the iOS 15 is expected to bring in a plethora of improvements such as
- improved Maps
- sharing and watching videos together on FaceTime
- uploading driver’s license on Apple Wallet in select states
- child protection feature.
The Cupertino tech giant is also expected to launch Apple Watch Series 7 with the following features
- larger display
- angular design
Apple may also launch new AirPods. It is possible that entry-level models of AirPods might incorporate features such as spatial audio that are already present in AirPods Pro.
