The Florida Mayhem beat the Boston Uprising 3-2 on Saturday to hand them their first loss of Summer Stage qualifiers in the West Region.

Florida opened with a 2-0 victory on Antarctic Peninsula before the Uprising leveled the match with a 3-2 win on Midtown. After the squads split the next two games, the Mayhem blanked Boston 2-0 on Lijiang Tower to secure the upset.

Summer Stage Qualifiers in the West run through Sept. 4, with each team in the region playing a total of eight best-of-five matches. The top three teams will advance to the playoffs, while the fourth- through 10th-ranked squads will be sent to the play-ins.

Two other unbeaten teams fell on Saturday, as the London Spitfire topped the San Francisco Shock 3-1, and the Houston Outlaws edged the Atlanta Reign 3-2.

London dominated the first two maps, Antarctic Peninsula (2-0) and Eichenwalde (3-0), before the Shock claimed Watchpoint: Gibraltar, 5-4. A 1-0 win on Esperanca sent the Spitfire to victory.

After a back-and-forth affair, Houston beat the Reign 2-1 on Oasis to pick up the win.
