Justin Wrobleski tossed six scoreless innings as the visiting Los Angeles Dodgers snapped a four-game losing streak with a 4-1 win over the St. Louis Cardinals on Sunday.

Andy Pages doubled in a run and Hyeseong Kim, Freddie Freeman and Alex Call each had RBI singles to help Los Angeles end the Cardinals’ six-game winning streak and avoid a sweep of the three-game series.

Wrobleski (5-0) gave up six hits with one walk and no strikeouts. Tanner Scott retired the Cardinals in order in the ninth for his second save.

Masyn Winn and Nathan Church had two hits apiece for St. Louis, which trailed 3-0 before scoring a run in the eighth on Alec Burleson’s single.

The Dodgers took a 2-0 lead on three hits in the second inning. With two runners on and one out, Pages doubled in a run against Dustin May (3-3) and Kim followed with an RBI single.

Los Angeles tacked on a run in the fifth inning when Kim hit a leadoff single, moved to second on Shohei Ohtani’s groundout and scored on Freeman’s two-out single.

May allowed three runs on seven hits over six innings against his former team. He walked two and struck out three.

The Cardinals were held scoreless by Wrobleski, who has allowed a total of two runs across his last five starts covering 32 innings.

St. Louis pushed a run across in the eighth when Jordan Walker drew a two-out walk and scored on Burleson’s single to center. Blake Treinen replaced Will Klein for Los Angeles and retired Winn on a forceout to maintain the lead.

The Dodgers added an insurance run in the ninth when Pages scored from third on Call’s one-out, pinch-hit single to left field.

Los Angeles went without a home run for the sixth straight game and has hit a total of three homers in its last 12 games.
