Celebrity Cardi B was harassed by blogger Tasha K for a long time. Last year the Bodak Yellow rapper won a defamation lawsuit against Tasha, who was ordered to pay more than $3 million in damages. Now Cardi B has reportedly filed new documents asking the court not to dismiss the damages owed to her, according to a popular outlet. Tasha K has reportedly filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy and Cardi B wants the blogger to pay her dues and not get them dismissed by a judge.
The site RadarOnLine reported that it had obtained court documents where Cardi B requests the court not to discharge the debt owed to her by Tasha K. She filed the suit after the blogger filed for bankruptcy.
After Cardi B won a defamation suit against Tasha K’s YouTube videos that caused her problems with her marriage to celebrity rapper Offset as well as emotional problems, a jury awarded Cardi B the following amounts:
general damages—1 million
punitive damages—$1.5 million
legal fees—$1.3 million
medical expenses—250,000.
After winning her lawsuit celebrity rapper Cardi B sent subpoenas to third parties including Tasha’s bank as well as Google, where she receives ad revenue for her channel on YouTube. The rapper managed to collect thousands of dollars. However, the collection was stopped after the blogger filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy.
According to the site, Tasha told the court that she was unable to pay Cardi B the full amount awarded in damages. She said that her assets were worth between $50,000 to $100,000. She listed the following possessions:

clothes including 2 Louis Vuitton purses worth $2,500.

She also said that her liabilities were between $1 million to $10 million.
Celebrity Cardi B had asked for Tasha to appear so that her financial records could be examined. She also asked that Tasha’s debt should not be wiped clean in the bankruptcy by the court as the defendant, blogger Tasha K had steadfastly refused to retract the defamatory statements and videos she made against the celebrity rapper, although she was given several opportunities to do so.
