Celebrity actress Emily Ratajkowski has filed divorce papers. The popular model was married to film producer Sebastian Bear-McClard from the past four years. They got married in 2018. Online records show that the model had filed for divorce from him, in New York City, on Thursday. There had been allegations that he had been cheating on her, from a while.
In August, Emily Ratajkowski had moved out of the home the couple shared in New York City. She recently posted on social media that she was single and that she had begun dating. Earlier in July, the Gone Girl actress had been seen in public, without her wedding ring, when she took son Sylvester for a stroll in NYC.
Emily Ratajkowski and Sebastian Bear-McClard have not been seen publicly together, since May, when they attended the wedding of Ari Emmanuel to Sarah Staudinger, who got married, late May, in St. Tropez. The 31-year old actress and 41-year old producer had also been seen together, vacationing in Italy, in June.

Page Six, who reported on Friday that they had seen the documents filed at the Manhattan Supreme Court, on Thursday said that the divorce was “contested.” This means that there were issues that would be litigated.
The outlet also reported that an insider told them that the 41-year old film producer was a “serial cheater.” Another allegation about his cheating surfaced during an episode of a podcast. Comedian and social media influencer Claudia Oshry said on the The Morning Toast podcast that the producer’s infidelity had been an open secret and that the industry was aware of it.
Both Emily Ratajkowski and Sebastian Bear-McClard have not commented in public about the divorce. The 31-year old model and her 41-year old husband have a child together called Sylvester Apollo Bear, who is one year old.
