Fourth-seeded Sebastian Korda rallied from a set down to knock off the 10th seed, Italy’s Flavio Cobolli, 4-6, 6-2, 6-0 in the final of the Mubadala Citi DC Open in Washington D.C. on Sunday.

The match turned after Korda fell behind 2-1 in the second set. He held serve to even the set and did not lose again, winning 11 straight games to end the match in 94 minutes.

Korda, who won for the second time in his career, won 83 percent of his first-serve points and 64 percent on second serve, compared to 67 percent and 38 percent, respectively, for Cobolli, who has yet to win a tour title.

Cobolli also double-faulted four times while Korda had none, and the Italian had 19 unforced errors compared to six for the American.

Korda made tour history as well, winning the same event his father, Petr Korda, won in 1992. No other father and son had won the same ATP tournament previously.

Sebastian Korda was also the first American to win in D.C. since 2007.
