Alysha Clark, the WNBA’s oldest active player at 38, will aim to win a league championship with a third team after agreeing to a free agent contract with the Dallas Wings on Tuesday.

The team confirmed the addition of Clark without specifying the terms of the deal. Clark’s agent told ESPN that the forward received a one-year contract.

Clark helped lead the Seattle Storm to titles in 2018 and 2020. She was part of the Las Vegas Aces’ title-winning side in 2023, the same season when she was selected the WNBA’s Sixth Player of the Year.

The 5-foot-11 Middle Tennessee product made the WNBA’s All-Defensive second team in 2019, then was chosen as part of the All-Defensive first team in 2020.

Clark played for Seattle from 2012-20 and part of the 2025 campaign. She also has been with the Washington Mystics (2022, 2025) and Las Vegas (2023-24).

Last season, in a total of 42 games (15 starts), Clark averaged 3.9 points, 2.8 rebounds and 1.2 assists.

In 423 career games (263 starts), she has averages of 6.6 points, 3.4 rebounds and 1.5 assists.

Clark was a second-round pick of the San Antonio Silver Stars in 2010 but was waived by that club twice before seeing her first WNBA action with the Storm.
