ZoomInfo Technologies Shares Drop 12 percent Despite Q3 Beat

ZoomInfo Technologies (NASDAQ:ZI) released its Q3 results, posting an EPS of $0.26, slightly above the market prediction of $0.25. The company’s revenue for the quarter rose by 9% from the previous year, reaching $313.8 million, surpassing the anticipated $310.46 million. Despite the beat, shares fell more than 12% intra-day today.
Looking forward to Q4, ZoomInfo projects an EPS between $0.24 and $0.25, aligning with the general market expectation of $0.25. They also anticipate their Q4 revenue to be between $309 million and $312 million, which is in line with the forecasted $310.86 million.
For the entire fiscal year, ZoomInfo estimates its EPS to be in the bracket of $0.99 to $1.00, matching the general market prediction of $0.99. Their projected annual revenue stands between $1.232 billion and $1.235 billion, compared to the Street estimate of $1.23 billion.
