Kansas State handed No. 17 Texas Tech its first loss of the season in a 65-59 nail-biter in Big 12 play on Saturday at Lubbock, Texas.

The battle was won on the backboards, as the Wildcats recorded 46 rebounds compared to the Red Raiders’ 20. Texas Tech fell to 19-1 overall, 6-1 in the conference.

Wildcats senior guard Tess Heal recorded 12 points and four rebounds, alongside freshman guard Jordan Speiser’s 11-point, seven-rebound performance for Kansas State (10-9, 3-3).

Red Raiders senior guard Bailey Maupin led the Red Raiders in scoring with 18 points; senior forward Jada Malone added 15 points off the bench.

No. 10 TCU 78, Arizona 62

Clara Silva recorded a 15-point, 11-rebound double-double to help the Horned Frogs (18-1, 6-1 Big 12) to the victory over the Wildcats at Fort Worth, Texas.

Four other Horned Frogs scored in double-digit points. Olivia Miles paved the way with 16 points and seven assists. Miles also went 7-for-7 on free throws.

Sumayah Sugapong had 17 points and three steals for Arizona (10-7, 1-5).

No. 18 Baylor 69, BYU 58

Taliah Scott chalked up 25 points, six rebounds and five assists to help the Bears defeat the Cougars in Provo, Utah.

Bella Fontleroy tallied 12 points and five rebounds for Baylor (17-3, 6-1 Big 12).

Delaney Gibb recorded 20 points and six rebounds for BYU (14-4, 3-3). The Cougars shot 5-for-30 (16.7%) from beyond the arc but recorded 10 steals compared to Baylor’s zero.

No. 22 Princeton 69, Dartmouth 41

Junior guard Fadima Tall recorded 15 points and seven rebounds as Princeton won convincingly against Dartmouth at Princeton, N.J.

The Tigers haven’t lost a game since the middle of November, as junior guard Ashley Chea recorded 16 points. Junior guard Skye Belker posted 14 points for Princeton, which has the best record in the Ivy League (15-1, 3-0).

Nina Minicozzi recorded 12 points off the bench for the Big Green (9-7, 0-3). Freshman forward Debra Hill added 10 points. Olivia Austin recorded 10 rebounds in the loss.
