With Wix.com Ltd. (NASDAQ:WIX) shares significantly down in 2022, analysts at RBC Capital upgraded the company to Outperform from Sector Perform and raised their price target to $100 from $80.
The company is viewed as a strong investment opportunity due to the increase in new business formation compared to pre-COVID times. The company is also able to maintain its pricing for its subscription service and is projected to have significant growth in free cash flow in the coming years. The main potential drawbacks are slower growth in new subscriptions and a slowdown in gross merchandise volume.
The analysts believe that the company has the potential for significant growth in revenue and subscription collections in 2023, as it still has a large portion of its price increases yet to be implemented. This limits the potential negative impact on near-term and medium-term estimates. Additionally, the company is expected to be able to sustainably raise prices every 3-4 years, which is an indication of its pricing power.
