According to the latest August poll in Britain, Prince and Princess of Wales, William and Kate Middleton, are the most popular members of the royal family. They are closely followed in popularity by Princess Anne and Prince Charles. Prince Andrew is the least-liked member, while Harry and Meghan Markle poll more votes than him.
According to a YouGov poll conducted in late August, Prince William has become the most popular royal. He scored favorably with about three-fourths of the Britishers and polled at 75 percent. His wife, Princess Catherine, more often still referred to as Kate Middleton, followed close behind at 74 percent.
King Charles III also polled favorably at 63 percent, while his wife Camilla got 49 percent of the British votes. King Charles lost to British youth, who favored his son, Prince William, and his daughter-in-law, Princess Catherine (Kate Middleton).
Although Prince Harry and Meghan Markle were also considered unfavorably by the British public, they polled better figures than Andrew, with Harry getting a 60 percent negative view while Meghan Markle had a 63 percent negative view.
Princess Anne maintained a high position among the British public, as 71 percent of them had a favorable view of her, while 53 percent favorably viewed Prince Edward.
The British monarchy remains relevant to the nation, as 63 percent of those polled had a positive view of the royal family. They think that Britain should continue to have a monarch, while 25 percent prefer an elected head of state.
