Last month, Kanye West allegedly attacked a fan in Los Angeles, California. TMZ reported that that they were told by sources in law enforcement that the investigation against the Donda rapper was almost complete. Although Ye was not interviewed as he said that he was busy, the officials have obtained information from video and from witnesses. The cops also think that there is enough evidence to charge him but that decision will be taken by the Los Angeles City Attorney’s Office.
Kanye allegedly punched a person who was seeking his autograph close to the Soho Warehouse in DLTA. The video shows a man laid on the street. Kanye is seen shouting at people who seem to be working for him. Those earlier reports of the altercation also said that the man’s nose had been broken, reportedly by the rapper.
After the investigation is completed and the report is submitted to the Attorney’s Office, Los Angeles City law officials can decided one among the three outcomes:
File charges against him
Reject the case
Call all the concerned parties and find a solution such as attending anger management classes etc.
Although it may be days or even weeks before we know whether criminal charges will be applied, the rapper is also facing a lot of other anger management issues as he lashes out at many people on social media, in these past few weeks.
Kanye has been trying to reconcile with ex wife Kim Kardashian who had filed for a divorce last February. The reality star has since moved on with comedian Pete Davidson of Saturday Night Live (SNL) fame and is reportedly happy, according to sources close to her, but he hasn’t moved on, although he dated Julia Fox, for a while.
Kanye also posted a black and white photo of himself. He captioned the Instagram post which read: “There are two kinds of people People on my team or losers.” His list of losers is weird as it reportedly contains people who have passed away decades ago as well as cartoon characters.
