Analysts at Deutsche Bank provided their outlook on KLA Corporation (NASDAQ:KLAC) ahead of the company’s upcoming Q4 results, scheduled to be reported on July 28.
The analysts reduced their estimates to be more aligned with their top-down view that WFE would decline approximately 10% year-over-year in 2023. However, the analysts believe the company should do better than its process tool peers (AMAT/LRCX) in terms of revenue growth, as it focuses on technology advancement and yield improvement, which are both of utmost importance in the current macro environment with a high degree of uncertainty.
The analysts lowered their 2023 EPS estimate from $25.00 to $22.25. As a result, their price target moved to $385 from $425. The analysts kept their buy rating unchanged.
