Rachel met a tragic end as she strolled along the Ma & Pa trail in Bel Air, Harford County, Maryland. “The unidentified male perpetrator is roughly around 5’ 09’’ tall, weighing about 160 pounds. He appears to be aged between 20 to 30 years, possesses dark hair, and boasts a well-built, muscular physique, with indications of Hispanic heritage.”
In the video captured by a doorbell camera and disseminated by law enforcement, an unclothed man can be observed departing from a residence under the shroud of darkness, clutching his garments in his arms.
