Celebrity Taylor Swift’s newest album Midnights broke several records including some of her own as fans poured in love. On January 27, the young music sensation dropped her third video for the song Lavender Haze and fans are mesmerized. Model and trans activist Laith Ashley plays her lover, in the video.
The newest video released for her album Midnights shows the celebrity singer sharing loving moments with her lover, as they are surrounded by lavender haze. The video ends with her in a retro dance club with him. Following this she wakes up in her bedroom. Koi fish are seen swimming through space outside Taylor Swift’s bedroom window. She directed this video that was filled with fantasy elements, space, fish, wild flowers and more.

Earlier, Taylor Swift had posted about the Lavender Haze video saying that its concept was the first of three. She described it as the one that helped her with the concept and mood of the Midnights Album. She also said that it was “like a sultry sleepless 70’s fever dream.”
Taylor Swift’s first video was released for the song Anti-Hero which was dropped together with her album Midnights. It featured several of her insecurities and past history including body images issues and a part of the video was panned by critics as fatphobic.
Her second video Bejewled featured Oscar winner Laura Dern. Appearances by celebrity stars such as the trio from the band HAIM as well as Jack Antonoff, a seasoned Swift collaborator, were also part of the video. The multiple use of easter eggs in the video made fans, who are called Swifties, believe that she might re-record earlier hits.
In November 2022, Taylor Swift announced her Era’s tour. It is scheduled to begin on March 17, in Arizona. The tour is expected to hit several cities and major stadiums across the nation. There are a total of 52 dates in the Eras tour by the celebrity singing sensation.
