Microsoft co-founder Bill Gates and Melinda French Gates’s daughter Phoebe Gates turned 21 on Thursday. Both her parents posted tributes on social media on her milestone birthday. Billionaire and philanthropist dad Bill Gates shared a carousel of throwback photos while mother and daughter shared a FaceTime video call.

Tech mogul Bill Gates shared photos of him with Phoebe as a child as well as a photo of her at an event on his social media. In his caption he wished her, he tagged her and expressed his pride in her. Several thousands of web fans liked the post.

Melinda French Gates and Phoebe Gates jointly shared a FaceTime video. Both the mother and daughter looked gorgeous. Melinda Gates wore a blue top, hoop earrings and a couple of rings. She left her hair loose across her shoulders.

Phoebe Gates looked glamorous in the video call. She wore a white top and long stone earrings. Her makeup was subtle and she wore her hair loose.

Phoebe Gates asked her mother for advice and Melinda obliged, telling her daughter not to forget who she was and more. She also told her that her “trusted friends” should always be kept close and more. Many web fans appreciated the video.

Phoebe’s older sister Jennifer also shared a series of photos on social media. She posted an emotional and loving message and ended the caption by telling her younger sister “Now let’s celebrate.”

Phoebe Gates is a student at Stanford University. In August, she, and Sophia Kianni, who is her roommate, combined their talents and launched a digital fashion platform. They debuted a limited-edition of capsule bags on their platform called Phia. They are collaborating with celebrity fashion designer Stella McCartney.

Phoebe’s sister Jennifer and Mother Melinda Gates were present at the launch event and carried bags from the Phia collection as they posed together on the momentous occasion. Jennifer posted the photos on social media and web fans poured in love.
