Celebrity Michelle Yeoh won the leading lady award at the Screen Actors Guild Awards (SAG) 2023 held on Sunday, February 26, at the Fairmont Century Plaza, in Los Angeles, California. The actress dedicated the win to “Every little girl that looks like me.” She also mentioned that her mom would appreciate her win. She won the outstanding performance by a female actor in a leading role at SAG 2023 for her role in the film Everything Everywhere All at Once.

In her acceptance speech the 60-year-old actress thanked SAG-AFTRA. She also involuntarily used two expletives including “S***” and “F***. She also spoke of the roller coaster journey of acting and said thank you a few more times and mentioned that they were there as they loved what they did. Despite stiff competition from other talented celebrity actresses Michelle Yeoh won her first SAG award and dedicated it to all the little girls that looked like her.

The Everything Everywhere All at Once celebrity brought sunshine to the red carpet with her black and yellow-gold couture gown. The dress from Schiaparelli added a touch of whimsy to the traditional black gown with gold detailing on the front.
Michelle Yeoh wore her dark hair in a ponytail. She accessorized the outfit with chandelier earrings and black heels from Christin Louboutin.
