Celebrity Chris Hemsworth has a ripped physique and taut body. The Australian celebrity who recently turned 40 posted a new shirtless video of a workout with his celebrity friend Ross Edgley, an ultra-marathon sea swimmer. Both the men were shirtless while sprinting followed by a small dog. Hemsworth also shared other exercise workouts that help him maintain his abs and muscular body. Many web fans commented on his workout and the little dog.
The celebrity Australian actor added a lengthy caption to the video where he explained that he was recently concentrating on other activities and lessening his heavy weight sessions. He mentioned the incorporation of sprinting and also said that he now had a “solid full body work routine.”
The video played the song Sure Shot by Beastie Boys as the shirtless star continued with his workout. Hemsworth also worked his arms by lifting weighted ropes as well as a medicine ball.
The rest of the video also focused on Hemsworth moving a ball across his body both diagonally as well as side by side. He also did pushups as well as an exercise that showed his crawling forward and backward.
The Thor actor joked that he had left Ross Edgely “in the dust” during their sprint but had no proof as the “camera ran outta film” and also tagged Centrefit, which is a fitness app promoted by the actor. It was launched in 2019.
