UFC News: UFC moves Spivac-Tybura to Fight Night main event

The heavyweight rematch between Marcin Tybura and Serghei Spivac will headline UFC Fight Night on Aug. 10 in Las Vegas.

The fight was first reported in June, but the promotion did not announce the five-round bout’s main event status until Thursday.

Tybura (25-8 MMA, 12-7 UFC) defeated Spivac (16-4 MMA, 7-4 UFC) by unanimous decision in their first fight in February 2020.

Tybura, 38, of Poland, beat Tai Tuivasa by technical submission in his last fight on March 16 in Las Vegas.

Spivac, 29, of Moldova is coming off a TKO loss to Ciryl Gane on Sept. 2, 2023 in Paris.

The current UFC Fight Night lineup for Aug. 10 also includes:
