Sometimes having everything isn’t the answer and its okay not to be okay!
Celebs may seem to have everything one could hope for (on surface). While we look at their flashy lives, we may forget that they too are human beings, with human problems. Just like all of us, they struggle through insecurities, love, relationship crisis and most importantly mental health issues. And with the stardom and fame around, it’s not so easy for them to come out of everything untouched. There are however celebrities who have not only fought mental health problems head up but are a source of inspiration for anybody who is currently struggling. Here are the top 10.
- Demi Lovato
Being a child star took its toll and our all-time fav singer Demi suffered through addiction, eating disorders and cutting until being diagnosed with bipolar disorder. But therapy helped her cope, along with being vocal about mental health problems.

Lesson learned: Everyone is living a hard life whether possessing nothing or everything. Mental health is nothing to be ashamed of and just like all diseases, requires professional help and medication.
