On Sunday night, Tampa Bay Buccaneers beat New Orleans Saints 30-20 in an Divisional Playoff of the NFC. Despite two regular season losses, Tom Brady and his team won this game and inched closer to playing in the Super Bowl later this year.

Brady threw five interceptions in the first two meetings. He did not turn the ball over and completed 18 of 33 for 199 yards. He also threw two touchdown passes. He ran for another score.

The 43-year old QB needs to win just one more game to play in his tenth Super Bowl. The veteran quarterback has led his team to victory in 6 of the 10 Super Bowl appearances.

The Bucs also took full advantage of three Brees’ interceptions. Despite a close game, with ups and downs, they finally won over the Saints with a score of 30-20.

Brees did not turn over the ball in the first two meetings. He contributed three of the four turnovers by the Saints, which resulted in three touchdowns by the Buccaneers. He completed 19 of 34 passes for 134 yards and one TD.

Both the veteran quarterbacks Tom Brady and Drew Brees embraced after the match much to the delight of the media. This game is most likely the last time these two experienced and talented quarterbacks face each other on an NFL field.

Tom Brady’s Tampa Bay Buccaneers will play Aaron Rodgers’ Green Bay Packers at Lambeau Field by the end of the month.
