A TikTok video that went viral about an American Airlines flight attendant who is videoed scolding passengers who verbally abused crew members when the flight had to be diverted due to bad weather conditions. The flight from Raleigh Durham airport  was routed from Louisiana to Charlotte NC.One of the passengers called a female flight attendant of fat gorilla and spoke out curse words to her after she advised him to wear a face mask. The passenger that hurled the curse words at the flight attendant was a male 22-year-old passenger.The person that film the video is musician Brent Underwood of the band 87&Pine.The flight attendant who announced to the passengers that the flight would have to return to its original destination, Raleigh if passengers don’t behave. It was reported a woman was complaining that flight attendants we’re stressed and upset because they hadn’t eaten because of the delay.When a male flight attendant announced, the flight would return to Raleigh if passengers don’t behave, a woman sarcastically complains that the crew members were just upset because they hadn’t eaten, due to the fact that the plane was grounded for three hours, the video shows.

In the video, the flight attended broadcasted over the loudspeakers, “Just like you, we have not eaten also,” the male flight attendant is heard telling the passengers. “We’ve catered to you the entire flight. We do it because we love this job. “But the fact that we get insulted and mistreated by passengers over things we cannot control is disgusting,”

Underwood wrote-“Flight attendants on @officialamericanairways are done with your b.s.!” Underwood wrote on TikTok using  hashtags #AmericanAirlines, #facemask and #dumbcustomers.
