Patrick Xavier Clark, the man accused of murdering two-time Grammy nominee Takeoff (born Kirsnick Khari Ball)  on November 1, was released from Harris County Jail in Texas on Wednesday night after posting a $1 million bond.

According to TMZ, the 33-year-old Texan surrendered his passport to the judge and donned a GPS monitor for house arrest before his next court appearance on March 9.

Patrick’s release terms include a prohibition on possessing lethal weapons and a prohibition on contacting anyone connected to the case.

On November 1, Takeoff and his Migos collaborator, Quavo, were out with about 30 other people at a bowling alley in Houston. Some of the attendees are seen on video getting into an altercation, which quickly escalated into violence.

Two other people, Joshua ‘Wash’ Washington, 24, and a woman, 23, were rushed to the hospital with ‘non-life-threatening injuries.’

On November 11, 20,000 people attended Takeoff’s Celebration of Life at Atlanta’s State Farm Arena, including Quavo, Offset, Cardi B, Drake, Justin Bieber, and Chloe Bailey.

Patrick Xavier Clark release terms include a prohibition on possessing lethal weapons and a prohibition on contacting anyone connected to the case.
