Ford, unit sales of 6.6 million, trades at $0.32 per dollar in sales, and GM, unit sales of 10 million, trades at $0.33 per dollar in sales. Tesla and Elon Musk have become a cult of personality. Today TSLA passed Ford in market cap at $44B, and is close to GM ($51B)
Elon Musk is keeping us on our toes. Elon Musk made history (again) by completely changing the game of space travel. This accomplishment is such a major step towards affordable commercial space programs and even consumer space programs.
