The base Tesla Model S Price has been lowered too $69,420, CEO Elon Musk tweet it on Tuesday, announcing that the “gauntlet has been thrown down”. the response was regarding Lucid’s announcement that its 406-mile Air sedan would be priced to compete with Tesla’s larger sedan.
Boosted air one of Tesla’s competitors competes with Tesla’s Model S. The lucid air core has the same range as tesla’s model 3 and matches the 400 plus driving range. It has been reported that the air is faster and lighter. The design of the Model S has not changed since 2012.
On Tuesday Tesla dropped the base price of its Model S “Long Range” sedan to $71,990 from $74,990 in the United States. The Performance variant goes from $94,990 and $91,990.
