Sydney Sweeney recently broke up with ex Jonathan Davino and has been linked with other famous men including costar Glen Powell and Scooter Braun. The Anyone But You actress has now publicly denied that she is in romantic relationship with Powell. In a recent interview Sydney Sweeney commented about her relationship status and said that she prefers to concentrate on her professional career.
In an interview published by GQ early this month, Sweeney said that she was single. However, she has been dating a couple of other celebrities. She and Jonathan were together for seven years and had ended their engagement earlier this year as they were having problems. She had said that she was not actively looking for a new relationship but would be open to finding love spontaneously.
Euphoria star Sydney Sweeney said in the GQ interview published on November 4, “I don’t think I’m looking for a man right now. What I’ve learned this year is that I have a really, really amazing group of girlfriends and I am strong and independent and that I am going to be OK.”
She also explained that she is open to love as she is “a hopeless romantic” and that she was not a person who wanted to go out all the time. She said that she believed in “true love” and wanted to be with someone for the rest of her life.
She also spoke of being private and how that would help her sanity and would give her time for herself.
Sydney Sweeney recently celebrated her 28th birthday with a grand party that had a space theme. Celebrity couple, Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sanchez-Bezos had also attended the glittering party.
Sweeney reportedly met Scooter Braun at the June wedding of Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sanchez. She and Braun have been seen together in public since, but neither of them have confirmed their relationship status.
Costar Glen Powell and Sydney Sweeney are good friends and work well together, but there does not seem to be a romantic relationship between them except on screen in the movie Anyone but You.
