Saturday Night Live (SNL) star Kenan Thompson and his actress-wife Christina Evangeline are splitting after 11 years of marriage, 15 years of being in a relationship and having two kids. It had earlier been reported that the two celebrities had been going their separate ways from over a year, although they had been co-parenting daughters: Georgia Marie, 7 and Gianna Michelle, 3.

Neither Christina nor Kenan have filed for divorce, as yet. However, insiders say that it is a matter of time as they have been leading lives distinct from each other as they reportedly grew apart. However, the same sources told TMZ that they still remained “great friends.”

The source also mentioned that the couple spent time apart in different cities. Kenan was in Los Angeles for work on his show “Kenan” while 33-year old Christina was in New York.

Christina was a teenager when she met Keenan. The 19-year old actress got married to Keenan in a unique venue in November 2011. Their wedding took place in the Arctic Room at a aquarium that is located in Georgia Atlanta. It was a magical night and Christina reportedly loved the dolphins.

In 2015, Christina starred in Mini Supreme. She concentrated on her career in inter designing rather than a movie career.

Keenan Thompson, who is now 43 years old, is the longest standing star in Saturday Night Live, appearing on SNL from nineteen years. He joined SNL in 2003. On March 5, 2022, he completed his 1,500 sketch on the popular show. Some of his sketches include the following:

Kenan began his career in Nickelodeon in a comedy series called All That. He got his own sitcom with Kel Mitchell and it was called Kenan & Kel. He also appeared in movies and other shows.

There has been no public comment from Kenan Thompson or Christina Evangeline, when asked by multiple outlets.
