After a brief pursuit, the suspect was reported stopped and brought into custody without a hitch at Owensmouth Avenue and Saticoy Street, according to Hamilton. A brief pursuit started when ground units came up to the suspect. Based on information from fire officials, the deceased victim was a 45-year-old man.
The male suspect who fled the shooting scene was apprehended along with the female driver.
