SentinelOne (NYSE:S) shares gained more than 3% on Friday after the cybersecurity firm outperformed analysts’ expectations for its second-quarter results.
The company disclosed a revenue of $149.4 million, surpassing the anticipated revenue of $141.1 million. Additionally, SentinelOne revealed a loss of 8 cents per share, which was better than the expected loss of 14 cents per share.
For the third quarter of 2024, SentinelOne foresees revenue amounting to $156.00 million, slightly higher than the Street estimate of $154.20 million.
Looking at the full 2024 year, SentinelOne has raised its revenue projection, now aiming for sales to reach $605.00 million. This forecast exceeds the Street estimate of $594.77 million.
