It was a weekend of reunions as Reese Witherspoon, 45, and Ryan Phillipe, 47, came together to celebrate son Deacon’s 18th birthday. Phillipe posted the celebrations on Saturday, on Instagram. So did Reese, Deacon and sister Ava. The friendly exes and their children commented on each other’s posts.
Ryan Phillipe and Reese Witherspoon have been together both in reel life in Cruel Intentions and in real life as they go married in1999. They stayed married till 2008. They have two children Ava, 22 and Deacon just turned 18.

Ryan Phillipe
Ryan posted three pictures of Reese, Deacon and himself in what looked like a birthday dinner. He called Deacon “a true light” in the world and said that he was loved by all who knew him and that they were lucky to be his parents and that they loved him. He tagged @reesewitherspoon and told her he’d say that they did pretty good.
She wrote, “So, proud of our boy, I mean our ADULT Son!”
Reese Witherspoon
Reese shared a gallery of pictures of Deacon on Instagram. She said that she couldn’t believe how he had reached the age of 18 and she wished him a happy birthday on the momentous occasion. She also told him that she loved him “to the moon around the sun and all the stars.”
Deacon Phillipe
On his Instagram story, the birthday boy, who is now an adult at 18, shared an IG grid post with several pictures, one of which was the family picture with his parents and his caption said it all.
He wrote, “And I still live with my parents. No, they’re not like yours.”
Ava Phillipe
Ava wished her brother a happy birthday and said that she couldn’t believe that the first baby she held was now 18 years old. She described him in glowing terms some of which included him being creative, kind, loyal and she said that the list went on. She also welcomed him to adulthood.
