RJ Barrett delivered 31 points to pace six double-figure scorers as the Toronto Raptors notched a 127-109 road victory over the Philadelphia 76ers on Sunday.

Toronto (28-47) extended its winning streak to four games despite a quiet game from Scottie Barnes (nine points on 4-of-12 shooting). Ja’Kobe Walter picked up the slack with 17 points, while Jamison Battle chipped in with 16 points off the bench and Jamal Shead added 11 points and nine assists.

Lonnie Walker IV scored 23 points to pace Philadelphia (23-52), which lost its eighth straight game while playing without virtually all of its key players. Jalen Hood-Schifino contributed 18 points and Ricky Council IV pitched in with 17 points and 11 boards for the Sixers, who dropped all four meetings with the Raptors this season.

Toronto led by as many as nine points in the first quarter before settling for a 32-31 lead after 12 minutes.

The Raptors still held a modest lead (38-35) early in the second quarter until the visitors embarked on a 14-3 run to open a comfortable 14-point lead. Orlando Robinson and Cole Swider hit back-to-back 3-pointers early in the surge before buckets by Shead, Barrett and Walter made it 52-38.

Walter’s layup just before the halftime buzzer sent Toronto into the locker room with a 63-49 cushion.

Walter scored five points in the first 90 seconds of the third quarter to help the Raptors build a 19-point advantage. Shortly thereafter, Barrett’s layup sent the lead north of 20 for the first time.

The Sixers clawed within 85-79 late in the third quarter, but Jonathan Mogbo’s 3-pointer highlighted a 10-3 run to close the quarter as the Raptors led by 13 points heading into the fourth.

Toronto led comfortably throughout the final period, surging in front by as many as 22 points down the stretch as they improved to 10-5 over their last 15 contests.
