Qualtrics International (NASDAQ:XM) shares were trading more than 10% Tuesday afternoon following the company’s reported Q3 results, with EPS of $0.04 coming in better than the Street estimate of ($0.02). Revenue was $377.5 million, beating the Street estimate of $358.69 million.
The company continues to exhibit strong win rates and continued share gains as it benefits from vendor consolidation within Experience Management, highlighted by 32% $100,000+ ACV customer growth. Despite this, management highlighted lengthening deal cycles and deal scrutiny continued from Q2 and into Q3 impacting leading KPIs.
The company expects Q4/22 EPS in the range of $0.02-$0.03, compared to the Street estimate of ($0.01), and revenue in the range of $380-382 million, compared to the Street estimate of $373.14 million.
For the full 2022-year, the company expects EPS in the range of $0.04-$0.05, compared to the Street estimate of ($0.07). Full-year revenue is expected to be in the range of $1.45-1.452 billion, compared to the Street estimate of $1.42 billion.
