The new Prince and Princess of Wales, William and Catherine (Kate Middleton) visited the members of the Army Training Center Pirbright, in the county of Surrey, on Friday. Members of the Commonwealth troops will be among those who will participate in the procession on Monday, as the Queen will reach the Abbey for a service that will be attended by family members, royal members from other countries and world leaders and dignitaries. A member New Zealand Defense Force reportedly said that Prince William told the troops that the Queen would be looking down and watch her funeral service. Meanwhile, on Sunday, President Joe Biden and other world leaders have arrived, in London.

According to a source who spoke to the Daily Mail, Prince William reportedly told the troops that he believed that the Queen would “be looking down on the whole funeral service.” He also said that the royal would be interested in the soldiers’ details and the precision of their drill as well as their dress and other things.

On Saturday, all the grandchildren of Queen Elizabeth II held a 15-minute vigil at Westminster Hall, where the Queen is lying-in-state. Prince Harry and Prince William wore military uniforms and stood at the head and the foot of the coffin. The other grandchildren stood by the sides.

On Monday, Queen Elizabeth II will be taken in a formal procession, from her current resting place, Westminster Hall to Westminster Abbey, for a service, in London. The service will begin at 11.00 a.m. There will be a two-minute national silence, before the end of the proceedings at 12.00 p.m.

Many world leaders and dignitaries are expected to reach London and pay homage to the Queen, before the funeral, on Monday. President Joe Biden has reached the city. Other presidents and prime ministers from several countries around the world, who have also been invited, have already arrived and paid their respects, before Monday’s funeral. Leaders from some countries have not been invited, while other countries were asked to send their ambassadors, instead of their leaders.

Members of royal families from Europe and other countries have also come to London for the funeral. Many stores, businesses and firms have declared a holiday or closed their shops and businesses, on Monday, as a mark of respect to Queen Elizabeth II.
