On Friday night, Princess Charlene of Monaco was present beside her husband Prince Albert of Monaco as they attended the opening ceremony of the 61st Monte Carlo TV Festival. She looked glamorous in a beautiful Grecian style gown. She paired it with sparkling diamond earrings and a dazzling bracelet. Earlier on Thursday, the couple has appeared on the palace balcony to mark the Catholic festival of Corpus Christi.
The former Olympian looked elegant and stunning, on Friday in an off shoulder green gown. She wore long, sparkling earrings, a bracelet, a watch and golden high heels with straps. Her makeup was subtle and her hair was slightly tousled.
On Thursday, Princess Charlene was seen in an all-black ensemble as she stood beside her husband Prince Albert, along with their daughter Princess Gabriella, on the palace balcony for Corpus Christi, a Catholic festival. Their son Prince Jacques, who is Gabriella’s twin, was not seen along with them. No reason was given for his absence. The elegant royal wore a black shirt dress, with a thin black belt at the waist. She also wore red lipstick that was the only bright spot in her sombre appearance.
The Friday joint appearance of Prince Albert and Princess Charlene was the fourth one since the French media alleged that the princess was receiving a hefty amount of £50 million to appear by her husband’s side in public. Princess Charlene had been away from Monaco for over 10 months leading to a lot of speculation and rumors about her marriage with Prince Albert.
Earlier in June, Prince Albert spoke to Journal de Dimamche. He told the French Sunday paper that he and his wife “spoke often, despite the distance” when she was away from Monaco. He called the period a test for all of them, him, his wife and their children–twins Gabriella and Jacques. Prince Albert spoke in length about how much they were hurt by the rumors about their relationship and it was “a relief and joy for all” of them when Princess Charlene returned to Monaco.
