Wrexham striker Paul Mullin will join League One’s Bradford City on loan for the remainder of the 2025-26 season.

Mullin, 31, is under contract through the summer 2027 but did not figured into Wrexham’s plans in the club’s playoff push in the Championship. The fan favorite returned to Wrexham at the beginning of the year when his loan with League One’s Wigan Athletic ended early.

Wrexham coach Phil Parkinson acknowledged multiple times this month that the club was working to determine the best situation for Mullin, who helped the Welsh side earn three consecutive promotions from the National League to the Championship.

Mullin scored five goals in 26 matches across all competitions for Wigan Athletic, and now joins a Bradford City side looking to snap a three-match losing streak as it seeks a second consecutive promotion.

“We’re really pleased for Paul, it’s a good opportunity to part of a team challenging at the top of the league,” Parkinson said.

Mullin will join fellow January signings Louie Sibley from Oxford United and the Newcastle United pair of Harrison Ashby and Joe White.

“I am over the moon and cannot wait to start,” Mullin told Bradford City’s website. “When the opportunity came to come to Bradford, I absolutely jumped at it. I am fortunate to be offered the opportunity to come and play for this massive club in Yorkshire and play in front of all the supporters.

“Hopefully we can win as many games as possible, but to score in front of all the fans, this time on their side, would be really special.”
