Georgia man Nathan Millard’s body was discovered wrapped in a carpet on March 6. 27-year-old Tiffany Ann Guidry was arrested on Friday following the discovery of Millard’s body in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. She was detained for “unlawful disposal of human remains.” Police stated that they are also looking for Tabbetha Barner of Baton Rouge, who was Guidry’s accomplice.

According to authorities, Guidry was detained by Baton Rouge authorities’ officers after they received an anonymous tip from an interested party. Guidry was given a sentence to the East Baton Rouge Community Jail on charges of prostitution, failure to provide help, in addition to illegal disposal of human remains.
Baton Rouge police stated that Millard was a father and husband, who was on a quick business trip to Baton Rouge when he vanished and was later discovered dead. It also revealed that there is an active warrant for Barner’s arrest for prostitution and failure to help. Guidry also has an active warrant for prostitution and failing to assist.
The arrest follows 45-year-old Derrick Perkins’ detainment for obstruction of justice, criminal damage to property, and failure to seek assistance. He is suspected of being a drug dealer, and for taking a 2004 Toyota Camry, as well as attempting to “disguise” the vehicle. According to the authorities, when Millard’s disappearance received “national attention,” he spray-painting the car’s bumper to disguise the car. Within days of the father is reported missing, he was also observed using Millard’s credit card at two separate stores.
Millard is supposed to have had a few drinks with his client before departing from the pub at about 11.30 p.m., after a day at the Louisiana State University basketball game. In the police-released CCTV, Millard could be seen strolling along with another man, probably his client. The client assumed Millard had returned to his hotel room, which was only a short walk away, but he never did.
On March 6, at around 3:34 a.m., someone from the public found Millard’s corpse in a block near Scenic Highway after being drawn by a “stench” to a garage where it had been dumped. After an autopsy, police concluded that Nathan overdosed accidentally because his corpse exhibited “neither internal nor external trauma.”
Authorities are investigating how his corpse ended up being dumped inside a carpet behind a garage. Investigators think he may have overdosed before people moved his body to a different spot.
