The multi-talented singer recently announced additional shows in the U.S. and Europe. Her blockbuster Eras Tour does not mention dates for performances in Canada. So, Trudeau sent her a message on social media inviting her to perform in Canada and the text referenced her songs. Many web fans responded to his appeal with mixed reactions.
Trudeau wrote, “It’s me, hi. I know places in Canada would love to have to. So, don’t make it another cruel summer. We hope to see you soon.”
Celebrity Taylor Swift’s song Anti-Hero has the lyrics, “it’s me hi…” while the words “I Know Places” is a song by Taylor Swift from the album 1989 and “cruel summer” is another song by the celebrity singer.

Many web fans found the appeal by PM Trudeau to be cool and wondered if he was a Swiftie (Taylor Swift’s enormous base of web fans are called Swifties) or if his children might be fans of the extremely popular singer.
Although celebrity singer Taylor Swift has not as yet replied to PM Trudeau’s appeal on social media, Canadian web fans have flooded the post with mixed comments. Some welcome his invitation and others even commented on it being a smart move to boost the Canadian economy.
