Saudi Arabia cruised to a 4-1 victory over France on Sunday in the Rocket League grand final at the FIFAe World Cup in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

France started strong, prevailing 4-1 on Mannfield (Night), but it was all downhill from there. Team Saudi Arabia responded with a pair of 1-0 overtime victories — on Forbidden Temple and DFH Stadium — before ending up on the right end of a 6-1 blowout on Utopia Coliseum (Dusk).

Saudi Arabia then sealed the win by edging Team France 3-2 on Aquadome (Salty Shallows).

It was even easier for the Saudis to get through the semifinals, as they pounded Brazil 4-0. France was forced to go the distance against Morocco to punch its ticket to the grand final, and it came away with a 4-3 triumph after letting a 3-2 lead slip away.

FIFAe World Cup Rocket League prize pool:
1. $50,000 — Saudi Arabia
2. $30,000 — France
3-4. $25,000 — Brazil, Morocco
5-8. $15,000 — Chile, Belgium, Spain, the Netherlands
9-10. $10,000 — England, United States
11-12. $8,000 — Germany, Argentina
13-14. $6,500 — Australia, Portugal
15-16. $5,500 — South Africa, Turkey
