Former Oklahoma State forward Kalib Boone is transferring to UNLV and will be reunited with his twin brother, Keylan Boone.

Kalib announced his decision Wednesday on Instagram. He was the Cowboys’ third-leading scorer last season with 10.6 points per game.

Keylan is transferring to the Runnin’ Rebels from Pacific, where he played in 2022-23 after playing his first three seasons with his brother in Stillwater, Okla.

The 6-foot-9 Kalib played four seasons with the Cowboys, averaging 7.8 points and 4.0 rebounds in 123 games (63 starts).

The 6-8 Keylan averaged 13.9 points and 4.2 rebounds in 27 games at Pacific last season. He has career clips of 6.8 points and 3.5 boards in 107 games (30 starts) with the Cowboys and Tigers.

The Boone brothers each have one season of eligibility remaining.

UNLV is coming off a 19-13 season (7-11 Mountain West) under head coach Kevin Kruger.
