OL Reign re-signed midfielder Nikki Stanton through the 2023 NWSL season on Friday.
Stanton, 32, appeared in 13 games (three starts) in her first season with the club in 2022.
“I’m grateful to be back for another season in the Pacific Northwest!” the North Bend, Wash., native said in a news release. “It makes me so happy to be able to play within this incredible team culture and in front of my family and friends.”
Stanton has played in 106 career games (51 starts) with Sky Blue FC (2014-17), Chicago Red Stars (2018-19, 2021) and OL Reign.
She appeared in her 100th NWSL match on Aug. 7 against the Houston Dash.
