Angel City FC on Monday re-signed midfielder Lily Nabet through 2025.

The Los Angeles native and Duke product was the 36th pick in the 2022 NWSL Draft ahead of Angel City’s inaugural season.

“I am super excited to be with Angel City for another two years. This club is nothing short of amazing and I am so happy that I get to continue to represent my hometown,” Nabet said. “I feel incredibly grateful to continue growing as a player and person with this amazing group. I’m ready to compete for a championship for this city.”

Nabet, 24, has played in 21 matches in all competitions for Angel City since making her debut in June 2022.

“Lily is part of Angel City history as one of our first-ever draft picks and we are so happy she is staying with us for the next two years,” ACFC general manager Angela Hucles Mangano said. “Her growth over our first two seasons is a testament to how hard she works every day at training and how dedicated she is to helping this team win. We look forward to seeing another one of our hometown players thrive on and off the field.”
