NVIDIA Shares Jump on Jensen Huang’s Gulf AI Partnerships During Trump’s Middle East Tour

NVIDIA (NASDAQ:NVDA) stock climbed 5.5% midday Tuesday as CEO Jensen Huang joined President Trump in the Middle East to ink major AI infrastructure deals, reinforcing NVIDIA’s leadership in the global AI race.

1. Saudi Arabia AI “Factories” with HUMAIN
At a summit in Riyadh, NVIDIA announced a collaboration with HUMAIN, the new full AI–value-chain arm of Saudi Arabia’s Public Investment Fund:

500 MW AI Capacity: Over the next five years, HUMAIN will deploy hundreds of thousands of NVIDIA GPUs across hyperscale AI “factories.”

Anchor Deployment: The first phase includes an 18,000-unit Grace Blackwell GB300 supercomputer, designed for sovereign AI model development and digital transformation.

This deal cements NVIDIA’s role in building secure, sovereign AI infrastructure in the Kingdom, tapping into Saudi Arabia’s strategic push for a knowledge-based economy.

2. UAE Chip Imports Under Consideration
Bloomberg reports the Trump administration is exploring easing export controls to allow the UAE to import up to 500,000 advanced NVIDIA chips annually through 2027:

G42 Partnership: One-fifth of the chips could go to Abu Dhabi–based G42, enabling compute power on par with 1–1.5 million H100 GPUs over the deal’s lifecycle.

U.S. Data Centers in UAE: The remainder would support American firms—potentially including OpenAI—expanding AI data-center operations in the region.

If approved, these exports would represent a significant softening of previous chip restrictions and bolster NVIDIA’s Gulf market presence.

3. Market & Analyst Signals
NVIDIA’s unexpected midweek surge adds to the stock’s strong run. Investors eye two key data points to gauge sustainability:

Next Earnings Date: Confirm NVIDIA’s upcoming report via the Earnings Calendar API to catch management’s updates on these Gulf partnerships and margin outlook.

Analyst Price Targets: Track real-time shifts in brokerage valuations with the Price Target Summary API, as firms reassess NVDA’s long-term growth trajectory.

4. Why It Matters

Strategic Geopolitics: NVIDIA’s deals align with U.S. foreign-policy goals to strengthen ties with Gulf allies and promote American tech exports.

Competitive Moat: Hyperscale AI infrastructure partnerships deepen NVIDIA’s ecosystem advantage over rivals in GPU compute.

Regulatory Outlook: Easing export controls could unlock new revenue streams but also introduce policy volatility—one to watch alongside earnings commentary.

By monitoring NVIDIA’s earnings schedule and evolving analyst sentiment, investors can position for the next chapter in the company’s global AI expansion.
