NVIDIA (NASDAQ: NVDA) and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia today unveiled a series of landmark agreements to build sovereign AI factories, cloud platforms, and digital-twin capabilities—positioning Saudi Arabia as a future hyperscale computing hub.
Strategic Vision and Leadership
Announced during a state visit alongside U.S. President Donald Trump and Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, the collaboration aims to treat AI “like electricity and internet”—critical national infrastructure. NVIDIA CEO Jensen Huang emphasized the scale of the undertaking:

“Together with HUMAIN, we are building AI infrastructure for the people and companies of Saudi Arabia to realize the bold vision of the Kingdom.”

HUMAIN, backed by the Saudi Public Investment Fund, will spearhead construction of AI data centers with up to 500 megawatts of NVIDIA GPU capacity over five years, beginning with an 18,000-GPU NVIDIA GB300 Grace Blackwell supercomputer linked by InfiniBand.
Core Initiatives

Sovereign AI Factories

Deployment of up to 5,000 Blackwell GPUs in partnership with the Saudi Data & AI Authority (SDAIA)

Training programs for government and academic researchers to develop agentic and physical AI models

NVIDIA Omniverse Cloud

Saudi Arabia’s first Omniverse Cloud environment for digital-twin simulations and real-world testing

Workforce Development

Thousands of engineers and developers to be trained in accelerated computing and AI through regional NVIDIA academies

Enterprise & Robotics Center of Excellence

Collaboration with Aramco Digital to build AI platforms, robotics labs, and startup incubators powered by NVIDIA technology

Implications for NVIDIA’s Growth
This partnership underscores NVIDIA’s expanding footprint beyond chip sales into sovereign infrastructure—a high-barrier, long-term market. Investors tracking NVIDIA’s strategic investments and risk profile can review its overall financial health through the Company Rating API, which provides a comprehensive snapshot of profitability, liquidity, and governance metrics.
